Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach Fishing

Fernandina and Amelia Island lie on the south side of the Georgia border where you can expect to find everything from great dinning, to first class oceanfront accommodations, as well as quiet small town beach life with a laid back feel.  Both of these great towns are less than 30 minutes from Jacksonville airport.  Because both towns are so close in proximity by water you can expect to fish both the Georgia and Florida ecosystems in a full day.

Anglers can expected great fishing within the oyster laden creek systems south of the border as well around Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach. Red Drum are not the only common species encountered in this region.  You can also expect target black drum, seatrout, tarpon, triple tail, and bull redfish all in this divers fishery.
