Captain Scott’s 24 foot custom built Morada boat is idea for fishing inshore for trout or redfish or chasing tarpon, Sharks, cobia, huge jacks, Bull Red Drum, and more off the beaches and ocean. It provides up to 4 anglers a very stable fishing platform that is fast, comfortable, and has an extremely dry ride. It is rigged with a Minn Kota Ipilot trolling motor, twin 8ft Powerpoles, and the latest in Simrad electronics, 3D structure scan, Side scan, and down scan sonar capabilities and the newest Active Target live sonar. All this technology and local knowledge will keeping you close to the fish meaning catching more fish to you. There is plenty of dry storage and coolers for drinks/food items. The Morasda 24 offers room for small to larger parties and is powered with a reliabe 400 Mercury Four Stroke engine.

Offering 2 anglers the room and comfort they expect in a custom flats skiff while poling in less than 7 inches of water. This 12 degree (v bottom) skiff gives anglers access to areas too shallow for other skiffs all while offering the driest smoothest ride of any skiff in this class. It 100% Carbon fiber and will get you to and from the fish conformably and dry. There is no “hull slap” in any condition! This will allow you to get closer to your target without making any noise, putting you in position to cast at more fish, therefore catching more fish! Offering 1 anglers the room and comfort they expect in a technical poling flats skiff while poling in less than 4 inches of water. Captain Robert Monroe has been a full time guide, shop owner and outdoorsman for most of his life. He has been a guide since he was 18 years old (over 25 years as a full time guide) and guided fishing, big game hunts, as well as wing shooting from the mountains of Idaho to the oceans and flats of the Florida Keys. He brings a vast knowledge of fishing, hunting, and destination travel to the team.  International travels have taken him through most of Central America, the Bahamas, and The Indian oceans Seychelle Atolls. His passion and knowledge of the outdoors and his love of teaching and sharing makes him a great guide for any type of trip. He is a certified FFF fly casting instructor and offers sessions as well.

Captain Robert guides out of a 2021, Latitude Tournament  tower boat powered by a 400 Mercury 4-stroke, utilizing Simrad Electronics, Powerpole, and a Minn Kota Trolling motor.

Captain Scott guides out of a Hells Bay skiff powered by a 70 Yamaha 4-stroke, utilizing Simrad Electronics, and a Minn Kota Trolling motor.

Trip Cancellation Policy

  • A 14 day advanced notice for all cancellations is required for a full
    refund. Within 14 days you are responsible for 100% of the trip and
    your credit card will be automatically charged.
  • Cancellation due to extreme weather conditions will be determined only when the safety of
    the client is at risk. In these cases, deposits will be refunded or
    held to reserve rescheduled date.

Group and Corporate trip over 3 boats

  • A minimum of a 10% deposit is required.
  • Any trip with over 3 boats MUST have a single point of contact.
  • All bookings will receive a quote for the trip via email once all details are confirmed.
  • There is a 10% non refundable booking fee on group and corporate trips.
  • Trips booked during peak season (March-August) or on holidays which include holiday weekends require a 60 day cancelation for a full refund. Inside the 60 day period a refund will be giving if the day is rebooked by each Captain booked.
  •  Southeastern Angling is not responsible for deposits booked with other guides for group and Corporate outings outside of  Southeastern Angling’s Captains which include Captain Scott Owens, Captain Rob Aldridge, and Captain Robert Monroe.
  • When you book a Muti boat trip through Southeastern Angling, Southeastern Angling is only a booking contact. Other guides and businesses are secured for the trips and Southeastern Angling is not responsible or liable for you or your trip with that guide/business outside of arranging the booking.

It is the sole discretion of your guide to cancel a trip due to weather. Your guide will discuss this decision with you based on his knowledge and experience.
