“Incredible sight fishing for redfish”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 18, 2012
A friend and I went down to St. Simons Island for a quick getaway from Atlanta and what we found could have been one of the better kept secrets in fly fishing for redfish. Capt. Scott informed us that the “winter months” were some if not the best to come and fish but that the weather was very important. Well it turned out our weather was great and in a 6 hour trip we were able to sight cast 21 redfish to the boat! I have been all over the south east and this area is now my “go to” spot for redfish. Just unbelievable to find this qualaty of fishing and a guide with so much experiance this close to home. Scott was top notch from start to finish as was his equipment.
Thanks and I cant wait to head back down.
