Fall Fishing Update 2011

Scott OwensGeorgia Fishing Reports

This fall has been, well not really fall. Temperatures are as of now still in the 80’s and water temps are around 68 degrees. Trout fishing has been great and we are still catching flounder and big redfish ocean side. Had the pleasure to fish and film a show with Capt. Blair Wiggins from Addictive Fishing a few weeks ago and we had a great day. The day before the show we went and did some fun fishing and smoked the fish. We were throwing DOA plastics and the trout just ate them up. We had somewhere around 70 trout a few nice flounder and some good redfish. The next morning was show time and we hammered them leaving the dock at 7am and finishing the show in about 3 hours. According to the producer this was the fastest they had ever completed a show and probably had enough footage for 2 shows!!! 🙂 The show will be the first of the 2012 season and air in April so watch for it because we share some great tricks and techniques with you durring the show.
