Well we gave a trip away last month to a lucky family on Facebook (“like” our page Fly Fish Georgia with Captains Scott Owens and Rob Aldridge for your chance to win) and the fishing was just as good as the company. Jekyll Island still hosts some of the best Triple Tail fishing I have experienced anywhere and 30 fish days are not that uncommon to the avid angler. We are getting late in the season and there are still plenty of fish to sight fish ocean side and they are now getting on the buoys and marks in the sounds. Redfish have still been eager to take the fly especially in the early morning as the last 2 fly anglers I have had found out. We are heading offshore tomorrow and I will have a report for you on the bottom fishing bite so stay tune!!
