After a wet and windy early July and most of June it finally laid out for us this past week at least in the mornings anyway. Offshore and Shark fishing has been very good with lots of action, the same goes for kids trips in the sounds. Redfish have been eager to eat in the shallows on certain tide stages and upcoming flood tides should show plenty of tailing fish. We are still catching some stout Tripletail and we have been getting shots at them in the shallows with the fly as well.
The big news for the past week is giant Jacks on plugs and Tarpon getting airborne!!! It is happening now so book your trip before it’s too late!
