Fall is in the air here in the golden isles, and fishing is hot like it should be. Great trout and redfishing has been the norm the past couple of weeks. Both myself and Scott have had excellent days on the water doing all types of fishing from bait to fly. Tailing redfish have been excellent on the flood tides, while low light conditions are producing great topwater action. Smaller tides are giving up great trout fishing as well as low water reds and there have still been some good fish to catch on certain stages of some of these giant moon tides. This inshore bite should only get better over the next couple of months, and clear winter water fly fishing is right around the corner.
